Terms of Service
Last updated June 20, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and MerryGo — operated by Jeff Surette, a sole proprietor based in Massachusetts, USA (“MerryGo,” “we,” “us”) — for using the service. We've kept them short and readable. By using MerryGo, you agree to them.
What MerryGo is (and isn't)
MerryGo is a planning aid for Walt Disney World trips. It helps a group decide what to do and tells you when booking windows open. It is not a booking agent and never books, purchases, or reserves anything for you— you make all bookings yourself through Disney's official channels. MerryGo is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.
Eligibility & access
MerryGo is currently invite-only and intended for adults (18+). Organizer sign-in is limited to approved email addresses; everyone else can join the waitlist. People you invite can take part in your trip without an account, through the invite link you share.
Your account & sign-in
We sign you in with single-use magic links sent to your email — there's no password. Keep your email account and any invite links secure; anyone with a valid link may be able to access the trip it points to. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a link has been misused.
Information you enter about others
You may add details about the people on your trip — including children — such as names, ages, heights, dietary needs, and accessibility notes. By doing so, you confirm you have permission to provide that information, and you're responsible for keeping it accurate and for removing it when appropriate. You are responsible for the content you submit.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use MerryGo for anything unlawful, or to harass, harm, or impersonate others.
- Try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or its security.
- Upload others' personal information without permission, or anything you don't have the rights to.
- Resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.
Accuracy & no guarantees
MerryGo draws on verified, cited sources and clearly labels anything estimated or not yet announced. Even so, Disney's offerings, prices, rules, and booking windows change, and we can't guarantee everything is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm dates and details with Disney before you book or travel. MerryGo provides information and suggestions; the decisions and bookings are yours.
Our content
MerryGo's software, design, editorial write-ups, and original data are owned by MerryGo and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for planning your own trips. Walt Disney World, park names, and related marks belong to their respective owners; we reference them only descriptively.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. MerryGo is not liable for missed booking windows, sold-out reservations, changes by Disney, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension & termination
You can stop using MerryGo at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.
Changes to the service & these terms
MerryGo is evolving, so features may change. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we'll update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use MerryGo means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Dispute resolution
